Terms Of Service

By making a purchase on the “Aeva Store”, you automatically agree to all the terms stated below and you understand any violation of those could lead to severe punishments, up to a permanent ban from our network.
As a client, you also agree that you are at least 18 years of age or you have your parent’s/guardian’s approval for initiating a purchase.

Excuses such as “I didn’t know” or “My brother did it” are not valid and will not be taken into consideration by our Management Team.

Notice: “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”, “Those”, “The Client” refers to the people who’ve used any of the services provided by the freelancers, upon creating an order on our official discord server, which are now considered the clients.
“Us”, “Our”, “We”, “My”, “I” refers to Aeva Team and its administrators, which are managing all the services and freelancers you come in contact with, on the service team’s discord server.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and no refunds will be given, unless decided otherwise by the administrators of the team.
We should not and will not give a refund in case your account gets banned from our server due to violating our rules/terms. You are not allowed to open a chargeback under any circumstances, doing so may result in a permanent ban and further action being taken.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and we promise not to share or misuse any confidential information (e.g. name, address, email, phone number etc). Any information collected during the payment process will be used with the sole purpose of completing your order. We reserve the right to keep a track of all the PayPal transactions made during the order process that took place on the Aeva Store.

Transaction Issues

In case any issue is encountered, in terms of payment not processed, items not received, payment method not supported or such, you will have to contact an Administrator or a member of the Support Team to get the issue handled and eventually resolved. You must pay 50% or 100% before any work is started on your project, all the payments having to go through the official PayPal email of the service team and not the personal ones belonging to the freelancers.
Ethical Policy

We shall not and will not accept requests which seem offensive, abusive or wrong to our beliefs and ideals, under any circumstances. Projects against the rules of a specific platform, game, website or any applicable law will be denied. We reserve the right to judge any request ourselves and decide whether we agree to the details mentioned before initiating the work.

Extra Charging Policy

We have the right to request additional charges in case your project contains multiple differences from the initial request stated or if you decide to shorten the given deadline, which involve an additional amount of hours and work from our freelancers.

Redistribution/Reselling Policy

You are not allowed to claim any of the work as yours, or claim in any way that it was created by you or someone else. Reselling or redistributing any of the purchased goods or leaking to anyone is strictly forbidden and, if found doing so, all your licenses, services or products will be immediately and permanently disabled.


If any rule mentioned in this document will be broken, further action will be taken against you on PayPal or any other platform used to finalize the transaction. This can change at any time, so you’ll need to check on the updated document before initiating a purchase, in order to be up to date with everything.
